About Coffee Anarchy

Coffee Anarchy is an independent coffee media project by Nick Ferguson, exploring coffee culture, industry insights, community stories and behind-the-scenes perspectives from the world of coffee.

After more than 20 years working across cafes, venues, training, roasting, coffee buying, brewing, operations, management, education and hospitality, I wanted to create a place to share honest observations, practical lessons and questions about where coffee is heading.

The goal is to make coffee more approachable, entertaining and transparent, helping people better understand the products they buy, the people behind them and the industry that shapes them.

This is not about coffee snobbery, hype or pretending there is only one right way to enjoy coffee. It is about curiosity, honest opinions, independent thinking and looking at coffee from the inside out.

Coffee Anarchy is a place for thoughts, reviews, observations, experiments and lessons learned across coffee, cafes, venues, roasting, buying, brewing, operations and the wider industry.
